We believe in the quality and performance of our Organic Fiji products. We stand behind our selection of clean, pure and plant based ingredients, as well as our ethical sourcing and production. But what we care most about, is that you love our products too! If you are not cocoNuts about your order, contact us and we will make it right. 

Was there a mistake during the ordering process? 

Contact us ASAP in case we need to update your order details manually before it leaves Organic Fiji HQ. You can also use the account login page to check your order details, as well as the automated email confirmation you should have received. 

Damaged during shipping? 

OrganicFiji.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help you and ensure you receive your order in good condition. If you have any problems please contact us and we will help you resolve any issues. If the package is damaged please photograph it to assist us in filing a claim for you. 

Received the wrong or defective product?

If we made a mistake and the wrong item was shipped, or if the product you received is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can correct the problem.
