We do accept orders placed over the phone and via our website store.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Our top priority is getting your order to your door as quickly and as safely as possible. Once your order is placed, we begin the fulfillment process almost immediately. After an order is fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes.

Shipping Policies

We offer free shipping via FedEx Ground Economy, USPS or UPS, at our discretion, for all orders shipping to all 50 United States and its territories ie. Puerto Rico, Guam etc., with a minimum purchase of $45.  We do ship to P.O. Boxes & Military APO &FPO Addresses

Orders under $45 will be charged $9.95 for shipping.

Tracking Information will be emailed to the purchaser once the shipping label has been created. Orders typically ship within 24 hours excluding Weekends and Holidays.

All orders placed on weekdays after 12:00 p.m. PST, weekends, or federal holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

We do not require a signature for any deliveries.

Damages

If your order is damaged, please take pictures of the damaged packaging and contact us online at   contact @organicfiji.com or call us at 1-805-383-5900 M-F 9am-6pm Pacific Time Zone within 72 hours of the delivery.

Returns – Personal Care Products 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We at Organic Fiji pride ourselves on providing 5 Star Customer Service. We love our customers and do our best to support and service you.  In the event you are not satisfied with an Organic Fiji personal care product that is purchased from organicfiji.com or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may contact Organic Fiji for assistance within 45 days of the date of purchase. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Organic Fiji 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

 

How To Start a Return and Claim a Guarantee

When contacting our team, be sure to have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product, proof of purchase, images of your product (if possible), and your reason for your dissatisfaction.

Organic Fiji reserves the right to verify information, to require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Organic Fiji concludes that the purchaser has abused Organic Fiji’s 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Organic Fiji may amend or terminate the Organic Fiji 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
