Organic Fiji HQ Location
All orders placed on OrganicFiji.com are processed and shipped from our Camarillo California location. Organic Fiji HQ is open between the hours of 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time Monday – Friday.
Order processing time
All orders placed on OrganicFiji.com will be processed and shipped out by the end of the following business day. (Business days do not include weekends or major holidays).
If in the unlikely possibility there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order at Organic HQ, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of the delay.
Domestic shipping rates & delivery estimates
You can choose to ship to the U.S., U.S. Territories and Canada on our website OrganicFiji.com. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
OrganicFiji.com does ship to military installations and diplomatic stations across the world that have an APO or FPO address. There is an average 2-3 day delivery time to your main mail military hub. Delivery times from your main military mail hub to your forward location may vary.
International Shipping (outside the U.S., U.S. Territories and Canada)
OrganicFiji.com does not process online orders with international shipping addresses. However, we would be happy to get you a custom international shipping quote for anywhere around the world via phone or email. Please get in touch with us for details.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped which contains your tracking number(s). This email will be generated within 1 business day of ordering. Please contact us if you do not receive this email.
Delivery delays from the shipping carrier can occasionally occur. Estimated delivery times are based on location and accessibility.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
OrganicFiji.com is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
OrganicFiji.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help you and ensure you receive your order in good condition. If you have any problems please contact us and we will help you resolve any issues. If the package is damaged please photograph it to assist us in filing a claim for you.

Organic Fiji utilizes eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible. We recycle all incoming materials to reduce waste and even use biodegradable packing peanuts. Organic Fiji takes advantage of the bright California sunshine to light our warehouse and offices using skylights and energy-efficient lighting systems, reducing our carbon footprint.
