- Organic Coconut Oil
- Turmeric

- Coconut sugar
Directions:
- Craft your favorite 12 oz. cup of black coffee
- Stir in 1-2 tsp. of organic coconut Oil until it has completely melted into the coffee
- Add 1/4 tsp. of turmeric and 1 level scoop of the powdered mushroom blend into the coffee
- Use an electric foamer or a fast stir to mix the ingredients

For this coconut oil recipe you’ll need the following ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice noodles
- 2 tbsp. Organic Coconut Oil
- 1 medium organic yellow onion (small dice)
- 2 stalks organic celery (sliced)
- 2 organic carrots (peeled and sliced)
- 4 tbsp. green curry paste
- 5 cloves organic garlic (peeled & chopped)
- 2 tbsp. organic ginger (grated)
- 2 cans organic coconut milk
- 4 cups organic broth or stock
- 2 stalks organic lemongrass (pounded and sliced in 2-inch pieces)
- 1 Thai chili (sliced at an angle, may substitute with jalapeno)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 bunches organic bok choy (chopped)
- 1 organic lime (cut in wedges)
- 1 bunch organic cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tbsp. coconut aminos
Directions:
- Cook noodles according to package, drain and set aside
- Heat large pot over medium flame. Once brought to temperature add coconut oil, onion, celery and carrot. Sauté for about 5 minutes. Add curry paste, garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute or until flavors are released
- Pour in coconut milk, broth/stock, lemongrass, Thai chili and salt. Bring to light simmer for at least 12 minutes. Add bok choy and simmer for 3-5 more minutes
- Remove from heat, taste broth and adjust flavors as needed
- In a bowl add noodles first, then add soup accompanied by fresh cilantro & lime for garnish
